Why is my website still inactive?

I received an e-mail saying my website, www.kirasayuri.com has been removed. I emailed Customer Support about it and they sent this back to me.

"Thank you for your email. We understand the confusion caused by the messaging in your account.
I can see that you previously had a Yola hosting subscription and, although it is no longer in use, our system has incorrectly identified it as "suspended".
I can assure you that your site availability will not be affected in any way. We apologize for any inconvenience caused."

My website is still inactive and I am unsure why. I see nothing on my account on what is wrong. How do I get my website back up if it was incorrectly "suspended"?
