Why is Yola no longer offering phone support?!?!

I am a silver subscriber. It still shows that they offer it on the pricing packs?!?!?!

I did NOT pay this much for NO customer service! THIS IS NOT RIGHT !

After receiving feedback that customers want live chat support and that the majority prefer this to phone support we decided to make this our primary form of live support. However, we still offer phone support via a call back service. Live support is available on week days during US business hours.

I see that Sanja replied to your email to support and has requested more information on what the billing problem is that you are having so that she can assist you further.

To say that you paid for silver and are receiving no support is not accurate as we offer you a choice of live chat, phone support, priority email support, this forum and social media based support. Please let us know what you need help with and we would be more than happy to assist using the medium of your choice.

I have tried and tried to find the live chat option, it used to be on bottom of my screen I try to log on during various times, and it is never there. I love that medium as well! :)

Does your Sitebuilder display in English? Your account language must be English to use the Live Chat feature. I've changed your account language to English for you. You should now be able to see the Instant Help box in the bottom-right corner of your Sitebuilder which you can use to contact us in Live Chat.
