When I look at my index page preview, I see all of my content. When I type in the URL in the address bar, it doesn't show it! It's really frustrating.

Hi Naundi,

We've received your email as well, but if you could forward the URL of your site so that we could take a look?

You don't need to reply to this post if you would like to continue replying directly to the email - either way works!

Regards,
Marije

Hi Corey,

Are you using a domain name that you've purchased (as opposed to being hosted with us as a subdomain?) I can't tell (because the complete url is being cut off, above). But I noticed that when I clicked on your url link, I was taken to SynthaSite's Home Page instead.

This usually happens when you have done everything right on your DNS settings but have not published your site from SynthaSite to your own domain name. Go to "Publish My Site", choose the second option and add your own domain and then click Next and you will be taken through all the steps to publish your site.

If your site is already published to another domain name you can edit by clicking on the drop down arrow next to the yellow "Update My Site" button. Then click on "Publishing Settings" In the dialog box that opens up you will see an option to Manage your Domains. Use this to add in your new domain name

Please click here for a really useful tutorial outlining the steps to getting your domain:
How to use your domain name with SynthaSite.
We will be adding the ability to purchase a domain name from SynthaSite in the near future.
