Hello Diego

I'm sorry to hear that you're frustrated. I would like to help you get this resolved.

The likely reason why the changes are not appearing on your published site is because you need to republish your site for your changes to appear on your live site. When you makes changes to your site in the Sitebuilder, click on the green "Publish to the web" button. All your latest changes will be immediately added to your live site. For more information: How to make changes to your site after you have published it.

If you are making changes and they're not appearing on your site, please could you point out the specific change you are making so that we can take a closer look.

I've clicked on the green "Publish to the web" and nothing happens. I return to the Sitebuilder and hit preview and all my changes and background images, pictures to the sidebar appear. I hit republish and nothing happens. Any ideas what's going on?

Hi brspatty

That sounds really frustrating. I would like to help, but need more details in order to troubleshoot this situation.

When you say that nothing happens once you click on "Publish to the web", what do you see on your screen? Which web browser and version are you using to edit your website? Would you mind sharing your website address so we can investigate it further?

Thank you
Nazlie

Hello Nazlie,

Thanks for your quick reply. Figures out that my browser was not saving the changes I was making. So when I hit publish none of the changes were coming up. Am from Belize so internet is a bit slower here. Found that if I save and then refresh the page the changes will be made. I do run the risk of refreshing and losing my data so I do it after each change and then re-publish. It's a bit of a pain but this way I ensure that my changes are published. Thanks for your help and your site is pretty good.

Hi brspatty

It sounds like you have found a workaround for your particular situation. You could try switching to a different browser to see if that eases some of the problems of having to save so often.

If you are not already doing so, it is a good idea to save the contents in a folder on your computer that you are able to access should you lose any of it on your page.

Thanks for your feedback about our site. Please do not hesitate to contact us at any time if you need help with your sitebuilding.
