Why, oh WHY can't you update my account??

This is my third attempt to get this problem resolved. I abandoned the free website builder in favor of the "premier Package." When I log in I am still in free status. I have had issues trying to redeem my credits and I'm concerned that I won't be able to access my website when it's published! Should I delete the original account and reenter my info? Please HELP!!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having this trouble. I have looked up your account and see that you have attempted to purchase Yola Premier, however, the payment never went through. Please can you try again to purchase your Premier package.

These kinds of things seem to happen a lot with Yola payments. I wonder if for such outcomes an email could be autogenerated and sent to the attempting subscriber. It really is like being in a black hole when systems fail for whatever reason. This should be relatively easy to generate.

It's all part of a good quality program.
