Hi imjeronomo

I am really sorry to hear that you are sad, frustrated and disappointed by something we have done. However, I am not entirely sure I understand what you are upset about so maybe you can help me out.

We are not in the habit of "fixing things that are not broken" or making changes just for the sake of it. However, we do try to improve our product all the time based on feedback from our customers. Along these lines we have made a number of changes recently. We realize that while these changes may have helped some people, they may be upsetting or disturbing to others, and we want to hear what everyone has to say.

Can you tell what template layouts have changed for you and what it is you don't like about this? I would like to understand more about the difficulties you are experiencing so that I can either pass your feedback on to our developers or help you find a solution.

Hi Monique imjeronomo might be talking about the new preview window. It looks great, just we can't share the URL of the preview window now. Because it is right in the site builder. Lots of people like to share that preview URL so people can see what they have done so far. But, I like the new preview window because it looks very nice! :) My suggestion would be that right in the preview window, it would say "Old Preview window" and then, when they click that it would pop up and then they could get the URL of it. Or something like that.

Dear Monique:
I liked the way the tabs for the website pages were laid out in a straight line on a template I am using. Somehow, someone decided to change the template I'd bought and liked as it was - and changed the tabs so that they now are stacked, one on top of the other. This new format ruins the whole image of the template, I think, as it elongates the length of the page, and tires the viewing eye when looking at the website. Thats why I want to know, "Why try to fix something that isn't broken?"

Hello Millie

I am not aware of any changes made to our styles. If you're seeing a change to your style, it may be due to incorrect coding. Would you mind sharing your URL so that we can take a look and see if we can get this addressed?

Hi there Millie,
I see Sanja had requested your URL so that she could take a look at what you are seeing with your style. She's not currently online so I did take a look. As far as I can tell the navigation items appear to be in the correct position, I am attaching a screen shot of what I am seeing. Can you let me know if I am looking in the wrong place or if you are not seeing what I am seeing.

Ok, looks like I have some computer issues - the menu was looking "stacked" from my browser/computer. I'm embarrassed not to have considered that factor. Thank you, so much for showing me there is nothing wrong. Thank you.
