Form Post Failed is the message I get when I try and submit my form on my published site. Trial post worked twice but now fails every time

Hello there Justoutthere.

Would you be able to tell us what your URL is so that we can take a look at your form?

The background doesn't display consistently either and when I uploaded a photo in the background it displayed directly behind the text

Cheers

Hi there Justoutthere,

Unfortunately it seems your form has surpassed Yola's Form widget upload limit. For your form to send correctly you will need to shorten it.

Would you be able to tell us which page you changed your background on?

Here is how to:

Edit the page background color:

1. Click on "Change Background".
2. A dialog box will open, click on the down-arrow next to "Background Fill" and the color picker will open.
3. Select the color you would like to use and click on "OK". If you know the Hex value of the color you would like to use, enter it into the space provide (here's a link to a Hex color code chart ).

Upload your own background image:

1. Click on "Change Background".
2. A dialog box will open, check the box next to "Use a background image" and click on the "Select" button.
3. The File Manager will open where you can either upload the file from your computer or if it's already uploaded, select it from the File Manager.
4. Once uploaded, customize your settings - whether you would like the image to tile (repeat), where you would like the background to be located on the page and if you would like the background to scroll with the page or not.

Apply to all pages:

You can choose to apply the same background to all of the pages on your site instead of changing the background on each page individually:

1. Click on "Change Background" and "Apply to All Pages".
2. A dialog box will open asking you to confirm whether you would like to apply the change to all the pages on your site, click on "Apply and Save" if you would like to go ahead.

For more information on personalizing your style please check out our tutorial: Personalize your Style .

I hope this helps.

Yes I did all that background stuff from the index page - I'll try again.
How many fields will the form builder cope with?

Thanks very much

Hi there Justoutthere,

We are currently working on how many fields the form will support.

The limit is 64K for the form so it is dependent on your fields and content.

We will let you know when we have a definite number.
