Why won't my page stop loading?

My website page says opening page and never finishes opening so i can edit it. I need to delete my guestbook and load pictures. PAge won't finish loading.

Does anyone know what is going on. It has only been doing this for today.

Hi Jen

Can you tell me if you recently pasted any HTML onto that page? Sometimes if you paste invalid code, or accidentally miss a portion of the code when you copy and paste it can cause your page not to load.

If this is the case please email support@synthasite.com and we will try to help you with this.

I'm sorry you are having this problem and would like to help you get it worked out. Here is a link to a thread with some information that Kershnee has given on some ways to fix this: Site Not Loading. Can you give her instructions a try and let us know if you are still having any trouble.

I am havng the same problem. I don't know what an html is. I load pictures product from my computer to te site. then I went from one site and highlighted the words and pasted the words to my page. and uploaded to my site. I did all this yesturday.

while you're at the "loading" page... try typing yola.com in the address bar and continuing what you were trying to do. Tell me if it works.

Do not simply hit the refresh page button bc that will only refresh the loading page... you must retype http://yola.com in the address bar. This works for me whenever I get that loading page that won't quit.

Hi Andi,

I'm sorry to hear you are having this problem and would like to help get it worked out. Could you do the following for me please and then give it another try:

1. Clear your browser's cache. This link has more information: Clear your browser's cache.

2. Check your privacy settings. You must accept cookies from Yola. Please click on this link to find instructions for accepting cookies with your browser: Accept cookies.

3. Check that your browser is set to enable Javascript. This link has more information on how to check: Enable Javascript.

4. Try loading the site in a different browser (eg. Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer). We would suggest using the Firefox browser as this browser seems to work best in the Yola environment. It is a free download if you would like to give it a try: Download Firefox.

5. Try loading the site on a different computer or network if possible.

Please let me know if none of these suggestions helps.
