I have pointed my first A Record to Yola using the www option no probs. However the 2nd A record is not allowing me to enter the ''@'' option. My domain is www.jackmcclane.com and my domain was bought through Austdomains. Can someone please advise what A record 2 is meant to look like?

A record primary = www.jackmcclane.com
A record secondary = ???

Hi Jack,

Sorry you seem to be having this problem. I can see that the one A record is pointing to Yola, while the other isn't.

Both A records (address record) need to point to this IP address: "".

If you don't have access to those settings yourself, then this is something your domain registrar will have to do for you. We won't really be able to help further as the settings all lie on their side.

We have a tutorial outlining the steps to configuring your domain: Publish to a domain you already own.
