Why won't my website- which is published- load?

Hi, my website is www.saraviva.com and while I have been happily able to design my website and "publish" it multiple times, when I simply try to access the site by the normal url the site won't load. can somebody(who works here) please help me, I'm not sure what to do.

It sounds like this may be the first you are hearing of the Denial of Service (DoS) attack we experienced recently. This was also sent in the form of a direct email to our users so I am sorry if you did not receive it.

Because of the DoS attack, it was necessary to block our old IP address completely and migrate to a new one. This means that you will need to go into your account settings with your registrar and remove the old IP address of and repoint the A Records to

We have a tutorial outlining the steps to configuring your domain: Publish to a domain you already own. For detailed instructions for a few specific domain registrars please click on this link: Domain Configuration with GoDaddy, Register.com & other domain registrars. Once you have re-pointed your domain to our new IP address, it will again be published and live on the Internet within 24 hours.
