Why won't paypal recognise the location of my header image?

I recenly discovered that paypal now allows you to customise the payment pages that your customers sees so that it co-ordinates with your site (under 'profile' then 'selling preferences'). I am trying to do this and I am following the instructions provided by paypal. There is a section where you must provide the url for a header image so I copied and pasted the location details of the image that i want to use but it appears too long for the space provided as it doesn't paste the entire information. Also, I clicked on the preview button anyway to see what happens and i get an 'incorrect file format' message even though my file is in the correct format (jpg). I guess this is because the whole location details were not pasted in and therefore didn't recognise the file format. I don't know what to do to the url in order to make it fit.

BTW - I have not published my site yet.

Any ideas?

Hello Kim,
I can't say for sure what the restrictions are on URL length for the image you are trying to use, but what I can say is that the site will need to be published for you to pull the URL of the image to add to your PayPal page. If you are putting in the Sitebuilder URL then that is most likely why it is not working.

Once the site is published go to the published page and right click on the banner image, choose "View Background Image" and the image will open in a new window with the URL of the image in the address bar. I'm attaching a screen shot of this.

I hope this information is helpful!
