I guess it must be a synthasite problem then. I'm also having this problem. Can't load any page for editing, and the index page, i.e. homepage, has some codes written all over it...

Please someone fix it...

Is it possible that the problem has resurfaced? Been doing this for 2 days now, I have tried both firefox and Safari, both the same.

Hi Jenny. It is extremely unlikely that the problem you are experiencing is in any way related to the one reported a month ago. The most likely cause is some HTML that you recently added to your page that is either invalid or was pasted incorrectly. This can also happen if you copy and paste text directly from MS Word. If you have done either of these things, please open your site, click on the Help menu, click "contact support", fill in the form and send it to us and we will look into it for you.

Waiting 3-10 minutes for a page to load would be very frustrating! It would also be a problem to anyone who tried to visit your site - so I can see why you are concerned. You said "the more images I load the more slow it gets in loading a page." I think this might be a clue as to what the problem is. Can you tell me what the file size of your images is? Web friendly images should be between 20 and 100KB per image - depending on how many images you have on a page and how fast your internet connection is. If you are adding many, then it is best to keep the files as small as possible. You can check what the file size is by opening your site and clicking on the "manage files" button. Then you will see a preview of each of your images with the filesize displayed below it. If you need to make them smaller, please see our tutorial on this topic: http://www.synthasite.com/tutorials/i... If this does not solve the problem with your page loading slowly, please let me know.
