Were you able to try Emmy and Littleus' suggestions of downloading and trying Firefox?
If possible, can you try to access your account on another computer so that we can try and isolate whether problem lies with your browser/computer or with Yola. I don't see any reason why your site won't load (ie. bad code or copying text from another source).
