Why won't you change the TAG on my Domain?

This is the fourth time I have asked Yola to change the TAG on my Domain name www.lennoxgenealogy.co.uk to SCHLUND.

The only reply that I have had is an email trying to persuade me not to move my Domain.

PLEASE change the TAG!

I looked up your case with Yola support and I notice that you have not answered the questions asked on your support case with Josephine. We are willing to assist you but we do kindly ask that you provide us the feedback requested so that we can proceed as appropriate.

So, you have blocked the change because I didn't give you "feedback"?

Why is it any business of yours why I want to move my Domain name?

To put an end to this; here is my feedback.

"I am having a Website designed for me and the company doing so wish to take the Domain name to their Servers."

Now; please change the TAG.

We have not blocked the change. Your support case is simply open awaiting your response. We do believe it is our business when people wish to move their domains that have been redeemed for free via the GBBO program. It is critical that we understand the factors affecting the success of the program. We are not trying to be obstructive but do require this small courtesy in return for our free domain, free hosting and free support.

I will now change the TAG on your domain.

Done. The IPS TAG has been changed and the transfer process has been initiated. I will also close your support case as I have answered you here.
