I cannot drag a picture or text widget on my page. I employ the click and drag as instructed but only manage to see a little box with a pencil inside. The widget stays put. Advice please

Hi David,

Are you referring to http://gatsbyarts.com/? If so, are you struggling with all widgets or a specific one on a specific page? I was unable to reproduce an issue in the Sitebuilder but I can test further with more information.

You may also want to check out these general troubleshooting tips.

Yes, I am referring to http://gatsbyarts.com
I have been struggling specifically with text, picture and gallery widgets.
I have no problem dragging them from the widget selection but once on the site page I am unable to move them about via the click and drag method.
What I'd like to do on the gallery page for example is insert a text box between each gallery selection in order to give each a title. However, when I drag a widget onto the page it locates itself immovably at the top

Hi David,

I was unable to reproduce the problem you describe in Chrome or Firefox. Did you have a chance to look through and try the troubleshooting tips I linked above? What you describe can often be due to MS Word copied onto your website but I didn't see any evidence of that, so I suspect clearing your cache or changing browsers may be all you need to do.

In the meantime I added sample titles in your Gallery page for you and played with some different custom panel widget styles to frame them. The changes are saved but not published and can be deleted easily. If you struggle with it at all, please let me know and I can remove it for you. Hope that helps!

Also, be sure to check out the test titles in the preview, not just your Sitebuilder as they look much better there with far less padding!
