Widgets not loading

I've been having a problem with widgets not loading. When I drag & drop a widget it gets stuck on the little red "Loading Widget..." progress meter and the widget never loads.

I've tried refreshing, clearing cache, etc. I'm using Firefox 8.0 and also tried in Safari 5.1 and IE 9.0, and also tried using a different computer, and am still having the problem no matter what.

My domain is www.farragio.com. The problem seems to be mainly on the Index page but is occurring on my other pages as well.

Hello Farragio,

I am sorry you are having this problem. I took a look at your site and I am not immediately able to see anything that will stop your widgets from loading.

Can you please try moving a widget and then move it back and then see if you can add a new widget to your page.

If this does not solve your problem, please let us know.

Hi jeremy, unfortunately it's still not working.

Also, when trying to move widgets around I'm having a lot of trouble with them "sticking" to my cursor. I don't know how else to describe it. When I try to drag it to another area it won't drop and stays faded out and "stuck" to my cursor and if I click the mouse I get a message "Error: Component is null or not an object".

I've included a screenshot of the "sticking" to try and help describe it.

I'm still not able to load any new widgets either.

Hi, I don't mean to sound crabby but can I get a status update? I'm really needing to add some things to my site and am not able to do so because of this problem.

Hello Farragio,

Apologies for the delayed response.

It looks like you might have some invalid code on your site that is causing the problem.

I have just replied to your email and sent it to our code team who will be assisting you further with this problem.

I hope they can help you get your site back and functioning properly.

Hi Jeremy,

Thanks so much.

ETA: From your suggestion I had a hunch it might be a particular HTML widget I had created and deleted it and now things seem to be working better.
