Hi.

Hi shaq here. I own a non-profit organization. As i am in Australia the domain cost will cost around $27AUD. As i have limited funding that amount is a lot. Anyway that synthasite can reduce this.

Hi Shaq

I am afraid we are not in a position to reduce the cost of a domain for non-profit organizations.

We will offer you free site building, free subdomain, hosting and support however ;)

We recently changed our domain price to $19.95/year to account for an increase in the prices charged to us and to take into account the features we're adding for custom domains. We've also added the ability to register domains for up to 10 years, and you can save 20% off of the yearly price if you do so.

Shaq,

Why don't you simply stay with the free sub-domain? It works well.

While we understand and support your reasons for wanting your own domain, this is a feature that costs us money. We cannot afford to reduce this cost and keep our other services free.

We would like to continue to provide all our users with free site building and hosting so that you, and many other people can have completely free, or very inexpensive websites, depending on whether they buy a domain or use a subdomain.

I hope you can understand our position in this regard.

Many services that provide site building and hosting charge a monthly fee. Just to be sure that we are clear (in case there might be a misunderstanding) our domain charge is annual, and not monthly. Hope that helps.
