Is it possible to search for a word or phrase on my yola website? I keep adding material to my pages, some of which are quite lengthy, and I want to make sure that which I am adding is not already on the site, without having to read it all again!!

Hi Rex,

If your using Firefox you could use the 'find' option to search for words on a page. Just click on 'edit' up in the left corner and then click on 'find'.

Is this what you want?

Just to clarify as I was stumped momentarily - go to the edit on your browser toolbar - not in your website builder. =)

Hi Rex

I was going to make the same suggestion Connor did. I use the browser's "find in page" function for any online editing I do (Google Docs, Yola etc). It is a great way to find a specific point in your document quickly.

Give it a try and let us know how it works for you.

Here's another FF add-on which will allow you to do a "find and replace" in the builder.

FoxReplace 0.10.0

"Lets you replace text in web pages. You can define a substitution list and apply it automatically or at your own discretion, or make individual substitutions. You can use this as a filter, or just for fun :)"
