I just want the blogpost part of wordpress, i dont want to show the wordpress header and footer, is it possible to cut this?

Am i making myself clear?

Hi hoekanik,

I understand your request however I am not aware of customization that can be done to the iFrame code to pull in just part of a page like you are requesting. You can certainly customize the size as well as the Yolasite around the iFrame. You can check out one of my websites for an example of how I did this by removing the navigation menu and customizing my background: http://www.lilialately.com/.

If anyone with more advanced coding skills has any other suggestions for hoekanik please do share them here!

Hi hoekanik, if you can edit the HTML of your WordPress blog or add in code to it, you will be able to hide the navbars. Let me know if you have a paid account on WordPress to where you can edit the CSS/HTML of your site.

Hi hoekanik, on WordPress you can only create blogs, and not actual websites. You might be able to add style to an iframe right oon your page. I will need to do some research to see if this is possible, but I think it might be. I will let you know if it is and then give you the code to remove those bars on the top and bottom.

Hello hoekanik

If you wish to incorporate an iframe code, please use this:

<iframe src="http://wordpressURLgoeshere.com&quot; width="100%" height="2100px"></iframe>

I hope that helps!

Hi hoekanik,

I just found out that it isn't possible to do this. But I did have an iframe on my site before and some how I used css to style it on there. Maybe it wasn't an iframe but it was through a script file instead.

I will try to find another way to do this (if there is another possible way).

Maybe I could write a script for you, using Ajax to put it on the page. I will try it and post updates here.

But, did you know that you can use Blogger and it is free and you get to remove anything and you actually get to add custom CSS and custom HTML and edit the XML file of your blog on Blogger? I think Blogger is better than WordPress because you get to use your own domain and more and it is all free on Blogger, but on WordPress you need to pay for all of those features. Also on Blogger you can make your blogger template have a transparent background and actually make it match up to your website's style.
