I have just noticed that annoyingly, certain words on my website have been automatically underscored on my website which are linked to adverts if you click on them. How do I get rid of this please? I have been extremely happy with yola as a company - the user friendly software and the excellent customer service but I didn't expect this from yola! Is it anything to do with it being a free site? The site in question is marcharris.co.uk. I also run a non profit, spiritual (prayer) site named joansprayers.co.uk with yola which I have not looked at yet and would especially hate to think of this site being ruined. It is not right to have carried this out without prior warning! Thanks for your assistance. Marc

Sorry yola! I actually thought that it was a little strange that you would have done this without warning. I have just realised that this horrible feature noted above is also on another site of mine which has nothing to do with yola - and yes it has ruined my prayer site (and even altered colours of words also!) Perhaps I have inadvertently pressed a key or altered something unknowingly. I wonder if it's just on my computer? I do hope other people can't see what I see! Thanks. Marc

Hello marc,

This is something that you have downloaded onto your computer. No-one else can see it. It was probably downloaded with a toolbar or similar.

If you remove the download it will disappear. if you can't locate it then run some malware or adware scanner and it should find it.
