Hi Nate,

I'm sorry to hear this is happening and I hope we can help you to get access. Are struggling to login or does your site not load in the Site Builder?

If you can't login, can you try resetting your password, this link has more info: http://www.yola.com/customer-support/...

If your site is not loading in the Site Builder, can you try the following steps:
* Check to see if you are having problems with your network or internet service provider.
* Clear your browser's cache. This link has more information: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Bro....
* Check your privacy settings. You must accept cookies from Yola. Please click on this link to find instructions for accepting cookies with your browser: http://www.google.com/cookies.html.
* Check that your browser is set to enable Javascript. This link has more information on how to check: http://www.ehow.com/how_4815661_turn-....
* Try loading the site in a different browser (eg. Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer).
* Try loading the site on a different computer or network if possible.

If none of the above steps help, could you give us more detail on what happens when you try to access your site? Could you also post your site's URL.

you mean you log into yolas home page - then choose to open your site - then it freezes and never loads your site?

This is classic BAD CODE behavior, did you add a peice of code to your page before this happened?

The next question if it is bad code stoping it loading is "do you have a back up page?"

Hi Bashir A.Shah - can you try the steps I gave to Nate above and let us know if those don't work for you. If possible, could you post your URL so that we can see if it's bad code affecting the loading of your site.

Hello Paula

Could you please specify what you are having problems with? Can't you login or can't you access your site from the Sitebuilder or can't you open your site? I have checked your account on my end and was able to open your website in the Sitebuilder. If you can give us more information, we'll be able to help you better. Thanks.

Hello Paula

I have investigated on your Yola account. When I went to your Online Store Page in My Yola, I was prompted the steps to set up your Online Store again, but for every step it said that the details had been already provided (number of products, payment and shipping methods). I have clicked on the final step to create your Online Store, and now there is the page that you are supposed to see, i.e. your Recent Orders overview. You can also access this page without leaving your Sitebuilder view. On your page where your Store is on, click on "Edit" on the Online Store Widget, and you will be shown your Online Store dialogue box. Click on "Manage Store" on the bottom left side, and a new tab/window will open up with your My Yola Online Store page viewing "Recent Orders".

I have also created a test page on your website, and re-published your site (don't worry, this test site is not displayed in your navigation or linked to otherwise, and you can delete it anytime). You can see it in your Sitebuilder view page list ("test"). After publishing your site, I was able to access this test page, so I was able to make a change to your site and didn't get the error message you reported.

So what I recommend you to do is:
  1. Log out of everything, close your browser, re-open it and clear your browsers cache and also the cookies.

  2. If that doesn't help, please try from a different browser.

  3. Then try from a diffferent computer.

On my end everything is working fine, so if none of the above options solves your problem, please let me know, and we'll investigate more deeply.
