Hi Dill,

Can you tell me who you purchased your domain name from? You will need to point it to SynthaSite.

If you have forgotten your password for your domain name registrar then you will need to contact them for assistance.

How to configure a domain name you already own:

1. Log in to your chosen domain registrar (eg. Crazy Domains)
2. Go to the DNS Management page.
3. Set up an A Record
4. The IP address of your record must point to: "208.75.208.172"

Please note that it can take up to 48 hours (although usually less) for these changes to take effect. Your domain name registrar should be able to help you out in this regard.

For more information, please see this tutorial: http://www.synthasite.com/tutorials/p...

Hi dill,

Perhaps you could ask the person who gave you the domain name to make the changes for you. Unfortunately, this is the only way for you to use your domain name with SynthaSite.

It needs to point to our IP address.

Tell us what the domain is. We can use the whois database to find out where you bought it from: http://www.whois.net/
