www.yola.com is experiencing an outage

Our hosting provider seems to be having network problems at the moment. The last time we had a problem like this, we were the victim of a Distributed Denial of Service attack, which was quickly resolved by our hosting provider, and we are confident we will be back online soon.

We are very sorry about this situation, and regard it in the most serious light possible. We will update you as soon as we have any further information.

Thank you so much for your patience and support. It means a great deal to us, especially after the week we have had. You guys are just marvellous!

Our hosting provider is working on the problem right now and as soon as they have news for us we will let you know.

We have heard back from our hosting service. They are working on the problem right now. They have given us an estimate of 30 minutes to an hour to have service restored. Experience has taught be that these are only estimates. The best guess engineers are in a position to give while working under extreme pressure. We know you need an idea of how long it is going to be, so I am passing that information on.

We hope that time frame is accurate, but we will let you know if it is going to be longer.

Fantastic news everyone! Our website, site builder and hosted sites are back up and running.

Excellent work by our hosting provider - getting us back in under the given time estimate.

We are so sorry this happened and very happy to be back! We will be keeping an eye on things for some time, but we are cautiously optimistic that this problem is behind us.

Thanks very much for your support. The outage reported on this thread was resolved quickly, and all is currently well with yola.com! We will do all we can to keep it that way as well as fixing problems if they do occur.
