Hi there Daviiid,

You can XML to your page...

If you could tell us what you are wanting to add to your page using XML we will hopefully be able to assist you further.

Hi Daviiid,

Please try the following code, it should autoplay your swf file:

<param name="play" value="false" />

I am trying to paste code generated by svBuilder (simple viewer pro's application). It creates a folder with an html, a swf and and xml, along with two folders, one for thumnails and the other for images.
I have uploaded all the files to the file manager, as well as the pictures (allthough I did not preserve their folders-is this necessary?)
None of the codes svBuilder generates seem to work.
I did paste your code into my html box, and then the code recommended by kershnee-and finally yola loaded my layout, but each spot that should have contained an image had a big grey X. I have scanned numerous forums, and so far found your thread, and one on SimpleViewer Pro's site, that related to Joomla-which featured a special plug in, similar to wordpress' for Simple Viewer Pro. Yola doesnt seem to have a special plug in.
Your code seems to make the most happen. Where you successful, and if so do you have any suggestions?
Im trying to load a very simple slide show (and purchased simple viewer pro so that I could customize the colors, and remove logos). I have no experience with html at all!
Nothing seems to work!
Thank You.

Hi seaofsuddens - is your site published? Could you post your URL and let us know which page you've added the code to so that we can take a look...

Dear Marije,
My site is published: www.lainejustice.com.
I added two widgets to the page that is called Testing.
The top html widget contains this code:

<!-- SIMPLEVIEWER HEAD. Paste this into the head of the HTML page-->
<!--<script type="text/javascript" src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/...>
<script type="text/javascript">
var flashvars = {};
flashvars.galleryURL = "gallery.xml";
var params = {};
params.bgcolor = "FFFFFF";
params.allowfullscreen = true;
params.allowscriptaccess = "always";
swfobject.embedSWF("simpleviewer.swf", "flashContent", "600", "550", "9.0.124", false, flashvars, params);
</script>-->

The second html widget contains this code:
<!-- SIMPLEVIEWER BODY. Paste this into the body of the HTML page where you want to the gallery to appear -->
<!--<div id="flashContent">SimpleViewer requires JavaScript and the Flash Player. <a href="http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplaye... Flash.</a></div>-->

it leaves me with a blank page. It is successful when I open it in safari as a web archive file however.
I uploaded the files and folders to my file manager exactly as they appear on my computer.
I tried a combination of codes from Daviid and Kershnee yesterday, that left me with the most successful message yet: missing xml gallery. I found a forum on Joomla/Simpleveiwer Pro where someone had received this same message, and it seemed fixable-but the solution wasnt posted.
Thank you for your help!
Laine

This is the basic code option that svBuilder provides for the same slide show.

<!-- SIMPLEVIEWER BASIC EMBED. Paste this into the body of the HTML page where you want the gallery to appear-->
<!--<object width="600" height="550"><param name="movie" value="simpleviewer.swf"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><param name="bgcolor" value="FFFFFF"></param><embed src="simpleviewer.swf" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="600" height="550" bgcolor="FFFFFF"></embed></object>-->

I have a second site, where I published and posted. Its the same slideshow, but I used Daviid's method-
www.seaofsuddens.org, on the page 'meet the beings'
it shows the slide show, but its extended, long, and underneath the pictures states it cannot find the xml gallery.

Thank You!!
<!--<object width="600" height="550">
<param name="movie"value="resources/svbuilderseaofsuddensoutput/index.html">
<embed src="resources/svbuilderseaofsuddensoutput/index.html"width="600"height="550"/> </object>
<param name="movie" value="resources/svbuilderseaofsuddensoutput/simpleviewer.swf"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><param name="bgcolor" value="FFFFFF"></param><embed src="resources/svbuilderseaofsuddensoutput/simpleviewer.swf" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="600" height="550" bgcolor="FFFFFF"></embed></object>
<param name="play" value="false" />-->
