YEP is being very, very slow to respond

I have emailed Yola with regard to the Yola Expert Program (YEP) over a month ago now, and very quickly got a reply saying that my email was forwarded to the YEP team, and to expect a reply within 48 hours. It has now been nearly a month since I sent the first email.

I have sent several emails since, with different topics, and they have all been forwarded to the YEP team and nothing has happened. Could you physically tell the YEP team that they have yet to reply to my email, and, in necessary, print off my emails and hand them to them?

The forwarding system either doesn't work, or the YEP team forget their password. Either way, I am very disappointed that the team could not give me a quick reply.

I am going to say thank you to Brianna, Sanja and Emmy at Yola support for their quick replies. The issue is with the YEP team, and not the front line support staff.

Thank you for highlighting this problem.  I have checked and we have received all your emails regarding YEP.  I have emailed our YEP representative to notifiy them of this issue so that they may respond to you ASAP.

Got replies to all the emails, and now I've successfully become a Yola Expert. I also have Yola Silver, which I'm excited about.
