To add a signature to Yola Mail, please:
  1. Log in to your Yola Mail account.
  2. Go to Settings > Identities.
  3. Select the identity for which you want to add a custom signature.
If you would like to add a logo or picture from your website's File Manager to your Yola Mail signature, here's how to do it:
  1. Under "Signature", enable the "HTML signature" tick box.
  2. On the toolbar, click on the HTML icon.
  3. In the HTML Source Editor dialog box, copy and paste this HTML code: <img src="http://mysite.com/resources/image.jpg"> where you'd like your logo to appear (e.g., next to your existing signature).
    • The URL of your image file in Yola will look like this (note there is no 'www'): http://mysite.com/resources/image.jpg
    • If you have just added your image to your File Manager, please be sure to republish your site as this caches the image online.
    • If you have an image in a folder, you need to add the folder name to the URL. It would look something like this: http://mysite.com/resources/folder/image.jpg
    • Remember to replace "mysite.com" with your site address, "folder" with your folder's name and "image.jpg" with your file's name.
  4. Click "Save".
I hope that helps!
