Yola online shop subscription expired on Feb.03, but Yola still decuct fee monthly

I shut down Yola online shop on Feb.03, and got your Email confirmed on Feb.18, but Yola still deduct my bank account monthly till June, Why and please refund?

Hi Ying,

Your online store and domain subscription were cancelled but your Yola Bronze hosting subscription was still active. I have removed the auto-renewal feature for your hosting and will forward your refund request to our Payments team. They will follow up with you via direct email.
