Yola Silver Customer's Request Not Responded In 7 Days

I have sent a request to the Yola Compliance Team on the 25th of August - a very important request about my company and have not heard from them since...

I then sent a second request on the 27th of August, but this time to the "general" customer service and was told that a note would be sent to the Yola Compliance Team.

I am still waiting and paying while the Yola Package I have (silver) states that those with this package receives and I quote: "Premium support: Includes Live Chat support as well as unlimited priority email support."

I would like to know why it is taking so long?
