I have no experience whatsoever of web design. But using YOLA I have designed and published a website which I think would stand up to professional scrutiny. This a website which promotes a branch of a non-profit making organisation, the Royal British Legion. Support staff, the FAQs and the forum have helped immensely. Thanks a lot!

I want to add that Yola is a very easy-to-use website building tool, but please keep it that way!

The fact that you can simply drag and drop anything you need onto the page, without having to delve into complex menus is the reason that many of us choose to use Yola. The ability to select a feature in no more than a couple of mouse clicks makes Yola stand out from all of the other complex site builders.

For example, if I want to add an indent to my text I can do this as many times as I need with a simple click of the mouse. The disastrous new text editor that you recently tested out on us just made the simplest tasks a whole lot more complex and time-consuming. To add an indent you had to venture into a drop down menu each time you needed to add one indent, and repeat the process again to add another indent. This was cumbersome.

I could go on, but the bottom line is that Yola is unique and shouldn't aim to be like other complicated site builders. Please keep the site-building process simple and you're on to a winner!
