When I view the Yola account associated with the e-mail address you're using in our Support Forum, I can only find a Yola Free account which hasn't been upgraded.
Do you maybe have another Yola account for which you purchased Yola Silver? Could you please provide your domain name or your login e-mail to this other account, so that I can check things for you? Thanks.
