Yola advertising on paid hosting

Hi, I have just signed up for Yola and currently have a paid bronze account and I also paid for two domains to be hosted for a year. I chose Yola as it was reasonably priced and appeared simple to use.

However, when I had a first look at the site builder I was disappointed to find that there is a footer advertising Yola "free" web hosting that apparently cannot be removed by the customer, even with a paid account.

Can you let me know how I can build a website that is free of all advertising for Yola? if this is not possible, or is a lot more expensive, do you offer a money-back guarantee for customers who are not satisfied?

The removal of the Yola branding is a feature that is included in our Yola Silver and Yola Gold packages. It is not part of Yola Bronze, however.
