Problem with Yola Mail

I still have a problem with my email account which i have mentioned before this is now costing my company money when will it be sorted out? i cannot add or access my email control panel the error is There was an error attempting to reconfigure Yola Mail. Please try again later.

atm yola is having a problem. they are prob aware of your prob and it will be dealt with

That may be the case they have been aware of this for 3 days now and it has not been dealt with and is costing my company money.

well i can understand that, but atm there is a 500 server prob on yola site and they are trying to sort that out. (just came back from the shop so don't know the status now)

That is not the answer i require as i am losing money because of this fault. Anyway who are you in respect to my issue?

Hello mundygj,

We are having issues with Yola Mail and are needing to fix this up manually. However, I noticed that you've signed up through our GBBO program As such, you are not able to use Yola Mail for your email services. As part of the TOS, you need to use Google Apps. Here's how: aSetting up your email with Google Apps.

Please let us know if you have any further troubles with this.

Hello what you have suggested has not helped i need to add a sub email address to the account and i am unable to do this hence costing me money the address is enquiries@varefrigeration.co.uk can you add this then all issues will be sorted.

The Yola Mail issue has been fixed. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
I have checked your Yola account with your domain varefrigeration.co.uk, and I can view your Yola Mail page with all the options in your My Yola dashboard. It should be working now.

Can you please come back to us if the problem should persist?
