Hi Craig,

If you wish to point your .co.uk domain to Yola then you can do that with the other domain DNS settings by pointing the A records to Yola's servers. See: Publish to a domain you already own

hi Gop I have went into fasthosts dns settings and put in the a record to point to Yola with the www record and the @ record, but this one keeps turning up blank when you save it and the @ just disappears so im assuming I dont need this one. i have also typed in my web address getfitandshapeup.co.uk into yola domain settings but does this not work straight away doi I have to wait a day or so before typing my address in the address bar for it to then show my site and the correct web address .co.uk instead of yolasite.com??

Hi Craig,

Since the @ disappears on saving then this shortcut is not appropriate for this record. Try instead simply getfitandshapeup.co.uk. The @ sign is a variable shortcut and not a universal solution.

If the full domain without the www doesn't work as an alternative then I think communicating with fasthost would be your answer.

Currently your settings are:

and you can see that the non-www is incorrect.

After make adjustments to the settings there can be a delay as mentioned in the Tutorial.
