I upgrade from Silver to Gold account - do I still have credits that I can use please and if so how many. I have checked my emails (and Junk mails) and can not find any details.

Hello Julie

When you upgrade from a feature package which already provided Google and Facebook credits, they won't be new ones sent to you again. Once you have used those credits, you can't use new ones because they're only available to new users of Google or Facebook Ads.

Sorry I am not aware that I ever used any credits as I didnt know how many I had.

Hello Julie,

It appears that you are living the UK area. Is this correct? If so, the Google AdWords code that is provided is limited for use in the USA and Canada. This is Google's decision and is unfortunately out of our control. This is why you're unable to use the code.

If you do live in the USA or Canada, please let us know and we'll be happy to look into this further with you.

Thank you Sanja, I now understand that I never had any credits as I live in the UK.
