hello i need help i paid for two years renewal but i didn't realize that i had to renew yola silver there is any way i can change my two years renewal for yola silver and what i would lose if i dont renew my yola silver account please next time explain it better i didnt know that i had to renew yola silver too
This issue of package renewal and domain renewal comes up from time to time. It's good to report this back to Yola and hopefully they will be able to work out a better system of advice.
As far as losing out it depends on what Silver facilities you may be using including any Premier styles.. Any of those would be unuseable if you drop down to free or Bronze.
Check the Silver specs compared to the Bronze http://www.yola.com/pricing and although this doesn't do a one to one comparison it does give a broad reference.
Juan the policy is to respond within 48 hours but it's always well within this time frame so that's why user participation becomes a noticeable aspect of this forum. It can be frustrating waiting for replies but there is no intention to ignore a post.
A sure way to get an employee response is to send an email to email@example.com The objective for a reply for Silver subscriptions is within 24 hours. I think that this is your best bet. You also have the option as a silver subscriber to call them using the contact details given to silver members.
