It appears that yola.com is down as I've been trying for 10 minutes with the "failed to open page" message on my safari. All other pages, including my website on yola, are loading. Please advise. Need to update ASAP!
This does appear to be related to an outage Comcast is experiencing. When we run a traceroute from the Comcast network it does not reach Yola.com
Some of our staff who are on Comcast are able to replicate, but when they switch to a different ISP everything loads without any problem.
If you are experiencing this issue and are with Comcast or a related ISP (eg Xfinity) please try another ISP for comparison if possible and let us know if the problem persists. If not then you will need to wait for Comcast to resolve the issue on their end.
It appears that this has been fixed up and Comcast users can once again login to their Yola accounts. Please clear your cache and cookies to be safe and then give it a try. Please let us know if you have trouble logging in or any other isues.
