Yola Editor not opening?

I'll go through this step-by-step. :P I go onto Yola.com. As my email and password are already typed for me (good Chrome :D) I click Log In. The preview pictures on my three sites will not show up. All I see is this small box in the upper-left corner where the pictures should be, and I think the box is like the red X in Internet Explorer. When I try to edit any of the sites, it takes at least 20 minutes to load and when it does, Chrome says that the address is invalid.

I haven't been on Yola for a couple of months, and now that I'm back, I see this? Someone please help.

Hi SlyCooperFan1,

Chrome is not a Yola-supported browser yet: http://www.yola.com/customer-support/....

Can you try using Firefox or IE to see whether that solves the problem? If not, can you post your site's URL so that we can take a look?

Pfft, couldn't have been the easy way out. xD Doesn't work in Firefox or IE either. All three of my sites can't open in the Editor only. The one I do have published can still be viewed online perfectly fine. One of my sites is http://slytoontaskstories.yolasite.com/

Everything looks good on my side and your sites are working in the Sitebuilder. We give out these steps when this happens before going further:
1. Check to see if you are having problems with your network or internet service provider.
2. Clear your browser's cache. This link has more information: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Bro...
3. Check your privacy settings. You must accept cookies from Yola. Please click on this link to find instructions for accepting cookies with your browser: http://www.google.com/cookies.html
4. Check that your browser is set to enable Javascript. This link has more information on how to check: http://www.google.com/support/websear...
5. Try loading the site in a different browser (eg. Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer).
6. Try loading the site on a different computer or network if possible.

If none of these suggestions solves your problem, please could you let me know:
1. Have you recently installed some new software on your computer/browsers?
2. What happens exactly? Does it just say 'loading' or do you see an error message?
3. What type of internet connection are you using? Sometimes, restarting the router can help.

1. Internet connection is perfect on every other site. Nothing else is wrong with the computer.
2. Didn't help.
3. Already set to the correct setting.
4. Javascript already enabled.
5. Nothing different.
6. It's 1:45 a.m., my parents would ask why I'm going on Yola.com on the desktop downstairs. XD And I have no other connections/networks available.

1. Not on my browsers. I have installed new programs, but not many and none potentially harmful to the laptop's resources or internet connection.
2. I login and it shows the names of the sites, as well as unpublished or published, Open, Get a Custom Domain, and the ? next to Get a Custom Domain. The preview images do not show up on the side.
---Clicking the Open button will get me to a page that says on Chrome, "The webpage at [sitebuilder address] might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
---On Firefox: "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading."
---On IE: "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"
3. Using a wireless internet connection. Can't restart the router at the time. Though, as I said, all other websites are working fine.

Thanks for posting all that info - I'd really like you to try and access the Sitebuilder on another computer on another network to see whether the problem lies with Yola or your system. We have not had any reports of anyone else experiencing this issue unfortunately. Perhaps it may be worth trying a wired connection?

Dammit, ANOTHER thing that's bad with my laptop! The desktop downstairs on the same network is completely fine with Yola on all browsers. Looks like it's just my laptop...-_-

Eh, my laptop hasn't been cooperating for like, 3 months now. Sorry to worry you, guess it wasn't totally Yola in the first place. xD

Are you still trying to use your laptop when accessing your Sitebuilder? It may be your laptop that is the problem, not the network itself. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

It's got to be the laptop itself - I'm using a wired connection right now with no difference. I hate this stupid thing!

There's really no other way I can think you guys could help. :/
