Hi David,

I've just taken a look at this for you, and you need your own domain for Yola Mail. So, you can't have a .yolasite domain for this, instead a .com URL or the likes of it (.net, .co.uk...)

However, the custom domain and Yola Mail are both thrown in if you upgrade to Yola Silver, along with many more features!

Hi Jim,
Thanks so much for giving this information! However, unfortunately at this time Yola Mail is not included in Yola Silver, it has to be purchased individually.

Just to add, you HAVE to have the domain with Yola! It costs about £8.00 a year for Yola Mail.

Hello David,
Yes, you do need a custom domain name in order to have email through Yola. As long as Yola is your domain name registrar, whether you purchase just a domain name, or Yola Silver which includes a domain name, you can take advantage of Yola Mail.

If we can give you any further information please let us know!

ok im a little lost on this, I've bought a domain through yola but its a '.co' domain not a 'yola.com' domain.
Does this mean I cant get the yola email system?
Its essential I get email linked to the domain, otherwise I need to scrap the website

There is not tab on my to 'add mail' on my account page that I have seen.

Thanks
ben

Hi Ben,

If you have a .co domain and you purchased this through Yola, then you can certainly purchase Yola Mail for your domain.

We would be happy to look into why you're not able to purchase Yola Mail. Please contact us at http://yola.com/support/contact.

However, if your domain is a .co.uk domain and you purchased through our partnership program, then please do refer to Gop's response below. This is the course of action you would need to take.

Hello Ben,

if you have purchased a .co.uk domain through the BritishGBBO or the Canadian business GYBO equivalent, then you can't use the Yola mail facility with this. You can use the Google Apps email which is also domain based and gives you the same kind of email address.
