hello I have made a yola email witch is support@randomness-fun.co.uk but the problem is that I can send emails from it to my personal email but when I reply to my yola support email it does not appear in the yola email thing at mail.randomness-fun.co.uk
cant connect to my pop 3 server earthier my domain is pointed to my ucoz.com website I have also parked my domain where I pointed it but I keep getting Yola - stop browsing. start building
Your domain is pointing to Yola!
Now you just need to publish your site and you're done!
Here's what to do
Log into your account and open your site in the Sitebuilder.
If your site is unpublished, click on "Publish to the web" and then choose "I already own my domain name". Follow the steps until your site is published.
If your site is published to a subdomain, click on the down-arrow next to "Publish to the web" to open the Publishing Settings and publish your site to a domain you already own.
Any other questions? Click here to Get Help! but its not pointed to yola

Hi Mark,

I can see that you have changed your domain's name servers to point away from Yola to another host, and I am able to view your site http://www.randomness-fun.co.uk/ online. I have attached a screenshot for your reference. If you are still unable to access your site, the change to your name servers may still be propagating across the internet, so may need to wait 24 hours until you can see your site.

As you have changed your name servers, your new host uCoz manages your DNS. This means that for your Yola Mail mailbox to work properly, you have to add your Yola Mail DNS records to your DNS at uCoz.

You can contact uCoz and ask them to add the following records to your DNS:

MX record: mx.randomness-fun.co.uk.cust.b.hostedemail.com
CNAME record: mail.randomness-fun.co.uk.cust.b.hostedemail.com

Once this is done you may need to wait another 24 hours for the change to your DNS to propagate across the internet before your mailbox works correctly.

I hope this helps! If you require any other assistance please let us know.

Thanks!
Jackie

I'm sorry to hear that you are receiving a delivery failure notification when trying to send email.

Were you able to add the required CNAME and MX records to your domain's DNS with uCoz? When I do a DNS look-up for these records there are no results, which means that there isn't a CNAME or MX record assigned to your DNS.

You can check this for yourself by using this third party DNS lookup http://www.kloth.net/services/dig.php and following these steps:

- Enter 'randomness-fun.co.uk' into the 'Domain' field
- From the 'Query' drop-down box, select 'CNAME'.
- Click 'Look it up'.

You will see that "mail.randomness-fun.co.uk.cust.b.hostedemail.com" is not assigned to your CNAME, and if you do the same for your MX record you will get the same result.

I would recommend getting in touch with uCoz and asking them to add these records urgently so that you can access your Yola Mail mail services.
