Yola Email Problem

We purchased the Yola Email some time ago, however every time we try and set it up we keep getting this error message:

Oops, it looks like you attempted to purchase Yola Mail
As part of the Google partner programme, you are not entitled to purchase Yola Mail, but qualify for a free email address through Google Apps. For assistance in setting up your mail with Google Apps, please see this tutorial

We need it for the www.megamixevents.co.uk domain

You are participating in the GBBO programme. Unfortunately we cannot offer Yola Mail for GBBO users. You can only use Google Apps to set up your e-mail. It's free.

I checked your account, and I don't have any records that you bought Yola Mail from us in this account. Do you maybe have another Yola account for which you bought Yola Mail? With a GBBO account you cannout purchase Yola Mail.

I've just checked my credit card statement and it is not shown so thats ok, I'm not sure what you mean by GBBO users???

Also I've tried giving the Google E-Mail issue a go but it's very complicated, can anyone else from Yola help me out?

We are currently using a G-Mail account

Hello megamixevents

GBBO stands for "Getting British Business Online". It's a special partner programme with our partner Google. When you signed up for your Yola account, you must have done this from our GBBO sign up page.

As the programme is supported by Google, the only way to set up custom e-mail for your domain name is to use Google Apps as said above. If you follow the steps of our tutorial, it won't be too complicated, and you will finally manage to set up your e-mail.
