My Yola email is not working. It will not send or load messages or attachments. Any suggestions?

Hi Marg,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I do see that the last response to the email you sent to support was yesterday afternoon by myself. I also see that you responded to my email two times today, which leads me to believe that you are receiving the correspondences.

Please note that we do reply to our non Yola Silver or Yola Premium customers within 48 hours, usually much quicker. Please allow this time to pass in order for us to investigate further into your situation and help provide appropriate suggestions for a solution.
