in 7 days I have to renew my 2 year old site safayafa.com. this seems to be extremely urgent to Yola. Since about 3 hours I get an email alert about it every 6 minutes. As for now I have in my mail box 40 (!) identical emails reminding me to renew the domain.
WILL YOU FIND A SOLUTION IMMEDIATELY?

Hello Eli,

This sounds very frustrating and annoying! I am sorry to hear that is happening. Can you please email support@yola.com and forward us the email alert that you're receiving? I will try my best to address this as quickly as I can.

This should now be fixed now. There was a bug with our emailing service. Please let us know if you continue to receive the mails. We are terribly sorry about this! it definitely was not intentional but we can understand that it must have been terribly annoying! We will do all in our power to prevent this from happening again.

Hello Richard

The e-mails you get are not really sent from Yola, but from the form which you added to your Yola website. It sounds like you're getting spam e-mails. A way to avoid this is to enable the Captcha feature for your form, which helps stop spam bots from sending you automatic e-mails through your form. For more information, please refer to our tutorial Yola Forms: Adding a Captcha.

Hello Richard

I'm unable to locate your Yola account by searching for evansfunfair.yolasite.com or the e-mail address you use for this forum. I need to know your login e-mail address to your Yola account in order to ask our marketing department to check for your e-mail address on any list. In order to achive this while protecting your privacy, your best bet would be to e-mail us your request via our Contact Support Form.

Please understand that we cannot make any changes to a Yola account, based on a request posted in our Support Forum, which can be basically done by anyone. If you'd like to stop the spam sent through your form - please note that those e-mails are not sent by Yola -, you can simply remove the Form Widget from your site and republish. If you'd like to delete your site, please follow the steps in our tutorial Delete one of your sites. If you want to delete your whole Yola account, please refer to the tutorial Delete your account.
