Hi whiteij7544,

Before Yola re-designed the site settings, you could change your Yola Sub Domain. Now, I don't see the option to do that. It looks like Yola will have to add that back in in order for you to be able to edit your sub domain.

Maybe there is a way that I don't know. But I went through all of the Site Settings and there is no option that I see to change your sub domain.

Sorry about that. I think Yola forgot to add that back in when they re-designed the Site Settings.

Kind regards,
Nathan

Hello whiteij7544,

As Nathan mentioned, there have been some design changes to the Sitebuilder. All the same functionality, including being able to change your subdomain name, is still there but some of the steps have changed.

If you'd like to change a subdomain, you need to unpublish your site and then republish the site to your new subdomain. Here are the steps to do so:

1. Go to Site > Site Settings > Publishing > Un-publish Site.
2. A dialog box will open up asking to confirm if you want to unpublish.
3. Type "UNPUBLISH" into the text box provided. Click on red, "Unpublish site" button.
4. The site is now unpublished.

You can then click on "Publish to the web" to republish the site and choose a new subdomain.

I hope this helps!

Yeah the site settings have changed. I would've given you the steps, but they took out the option to easily just click a button that says "Edit your sub domain" which is why I didn't know. I need to get used to the new interface.

Kind regards,
Nathan
