Yola has terrible customer service!!!

Yola WRONGLY took too much money out of my Pay Pal account . when I had Pay Pal correct the problem YOLA turned My web site OFF despite the fact that I have a paid in FULL BRONZE account ... they would not let me renew my domain name so I paid for a new domain name now YOLA will not allow access to the new domain name .

When looking at the account associated with this email address I see you have an active Yola Bronze account and one active domain: icewhitepomeranians.com

Are either of those the subscriptions you are referring to?

Domains must be renewed separately from hosting and I do see that you recently let yumapoms.com expire. If that's the domain you are referring to it does need to be renewed in order to be published to your website.
