Account management and site availability problem

First wanna say I paid for my site you just asked for me to pay for again back in december. Transaction # c4d447d1bf674d84b658d54d88e19745
Secondly this is not the first time my site has been down. My site was down for months before and wrote you all and NEVER got a response. If you idiots even get this fixed this time it will be the very last year I am with incompetent domain companies like yourselves. I have copies of all my reciepts as well as all emails where I have written you many many many times... you all have to be the worst company doing this on the internet... you all ever read your reviews? very bad.

We're certainly sorry you feel that way and will do everything we can to change your mind. I was unable to find any support cases in our system using the account associated with this forum. Are you referring to If so, your website is not down. I was able to view your site without issue and have attached a screenshot for your reference.

Please let me know if you are referring to a different website so I can investigate further. Also please note this is a public forum, so be mindful of only sharing account information you are comfortable with.
