Hey everyone,

Just to let you know we are experiencing some trouble with our site builder and you will not be able to login to edit your sites. Our engineers are furiously working on the problem and trying to fix it as soon as possible. We will keep this thread updated with any new information as soon as we have it.

Now I cannot log in. The site tells me, that I may have entered the wrong login details. I double checked it and I did it correctly, I'm sure absolutely. Plus a colleague of mine also cannot log in at his account. Is this still the same problem? I hope you guys will solve it soon.

Unfortunately we are experiencing trouble again - our own host appears to be having network issues.

The problem may appear to be intermittent and we are working with our host to solve the problem as soon as possible.

I can login but file manager just says loading and same problem when I try to add a photo (though I'm sure this is do to the file manager being inaccessible).

Can you please check the following. It might resolve your issue:

1. What browser and browser version are you using? If you are using Google Chrome, please note that this is not currently a supported browser for Yola, and older versions are particularly problematic. Preferably switch to a different browser (Firefox, IE or Safari), but at the very least make sure you are running the latest version of Chrome.
2. What operating system are you using?
3. Check what version of Flash you have installed. In order to find out click this link. Please ensure you are using the latest version of Flash.
4. How are you connecting to the internet? (eg, from home, work, school, internet cafe etc)
5. If you have access to a different browser, computer or network environment please try to upload a file and let us know if the error still occurs or if you get a different result.
6. Please can you try logging out of your Yola account and clearing your browser's cache (this link has more information:How to clear your cache).

Any additional information you can share with us will help us get to the bottom of this problem and find a solution. Thank you for working with us on this.

Hi Marije i been having problems getting up my old site i am not going to fuss any more you guys are a great team and you guys are very nice and slove the problem
