yea, lol, I unplugged my router and plugged it back in because when I tried previewing a page it would open the browser window but the preview would keep loading. I thought it was my internet connection.

My blog page still won't load fully in order for me to edit it. It is not my internet connection, that's working fine. Is this due to the 'technical difficulties'?

I noticed that if I click on my blog page via the menu on my webpage, it does not load up fully (it used to). If I use the pull-down menu for "Page:" to get to my blog, it loads up right away.

Hello ai

The technical difficulties have been resolved. This should not be affecting your ability to load up your blog page. Can you please try the following:

* Check to see if you are having problems with your network or internet service provider.

* Try a different browser. For example will the page load in Firefox, but not in Internet Explorer? There may be a widget on your page that a particular browser cannot load.

* Have you added any custom HTML to your page recently? If so you might accidentally have slipped in some invalid code that is causing your page not to load.

* Did you copy and paste text from a Word document? The formatting of MS Word text sometimes causes problems. Try pasting the text into a program like Notepad or WordPad and then paste into a Yola text box. This will strip out any unwanted code.

* Does an error dialog pop up or do you see an error message in the bottom left hand corner of your screen? If so, could you please give me the details of the error.

* You can also try clearing the cache in your browser. Please refer to this link to see how to do this.

For more information, see: My Site Won't Load!. You can also use this Text Editor to format your text and strip out MS Word code. It will generate valid markup which you can safely paste into the Yola site builder.

If you don't find the solution, please get back to us.

Ummm...Well I haven't been able to build my website because it wont let me continue after the first typing in of the addresses and domain names. There just simply no continue buttons! Is there some secret thing I have to type in the boxes to make it appear, because I've reloaded the page several thousand times. Is it my computer, your site, or am I just being an idiot and there's something someone's not telling me?

Hi Caden,

I'm sure we can find out the problem and get you going on Yola! Can you let us know what browser and version you are using (eg. Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 3 etc). It would be good to make sure you are using an updated version of your browser and not using something like Internet Explorer 6.

Please also check the following:
1. Check your privacy settings. You must accept cookies from Yola. Please click on this link to find instructions for accepting cookies with your browser: http://www.google.com/cookies.html
2. Check that your browser is set to enable Javascript. This link has more information on how to check: http://www.google.com/support/websear...

Please come back to us if the above does not help at all.

Hiya

I seem to be having problems loging in.

About half an hour ago, I was still logged in when I came to edit my site, but it wouldn't load.

After closing site builder down and coming back to it a bit later on, I was logged in, but it was saying I have no sites.

I then refreshed the page only to find it was asking me to log in.

However, I have forgot my password and when I try to reset it bu typing in the e-mail adress I used to register, I am getting told that it doesn't exist.

Can you help me?

The last time I was able to work on my site was last night.

Hello Jeffrey

I am wondering if you still need to publish your site to your bought domain? Please try these steps:

1. Click on the down-arrow next to "Update my Site"
2. Click on "Publishing Settings"
3. Click on "Add a Domain you Own"
4. Fill in your domain in the box provided and click on "ok"

Your site will then be published to your domain and your subdomain.
