#1. I cannot access my website, it gives error code 5oo, the pages that do show up are missing monumental amounts of information I put hours into creating.
#2. I cannot even get to "myyola" to edit/publish/etc. my account.

What is going on?

it doesn't load at all. Server 500 Error showed on the site as below:

Server error
The website encountered an error while retrieving http://www.tevbikes.ca/. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
Here are some suggestions:
Reload this webpage later.
HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.

An update on this is that our engineers are still working on the problem and it may look like the site is up some of the time. However, it is still not entirely resolved.

We will let you know as soon as it is fixed.

I cannot see some of the images I have loaded onto My Yola in "My files ~ All_Designs_images" This is something new, as I used to be able to see them.

I have tried to used some of them on four separate pages as 'picture gallery' images, but they don't load, neither in "preview" or on my public site.

This is one of the web pages with a 'picture gallery' image that isn't showing http://www.xtolz.com/if-youve-got-tim...

However, if I load the same images onto a page using either the picture or text widgets, I can then see them.

Help!

Formatting (i.e. centering text and text color) not working with FireFox! This has not been working for about a month! I have to log off then log onto Yola through Internet Explorer to do the text editing. BUT other things like the new 'Custom Panel' does not work in Internet Explorer. This all gets very frustrating and takes way more time to update my websites than it should!! If I were not paying for Yola Silver it would not be so irritating - but I am paying for it - so it should work!

I see that people had this problem over 2 years ago and it says it was fixed. So, I think the problem or something similar is back. Please fix. thanks!

Actually look here at this page, the text in red should be center aligned and it will NOT stay in the center. http://www.mustbefrenchies.com/

You need to publish your site again, and the aligned not stay center. Just make it to the center.

Believe me I have tried every way possible to make it stay in the center, yes, I have been using Yola for several years now and I know how to use the center, left and right alignment buttons in the tool bar. Problem is, all my friends all over the US that use Yola are having the SAME problem, look at this website, she just posted this an hour ago, she too fights with the alignment problem. www.annandalebulldogs.com and mine www.mustbefrenchies.com

I reported the problem: 'I can't get my site to publish. Is there a known issue? Thanks, David' around 11.30 last night. After several other similar messages and reassurance from Yola, I ent to bed around midnight 30. New day now and for me all the issues seem to have been resolved. Responses and support from Yola are always first class, so never doubt them or think of switching - believe me, the grass isn't always greener on the other side!

I have 5 sites that will not open or do not display properly. When you open the sites you either get an error code or you get a partial page that doesn't open properly and things are missing. Unfortunately these sites utilize adwords to attract business and we have been paying for clicks that lead to dead sites. Wonder how much money we have lost, just got adwords shut down so as not to loose anymore funds on dead websites.

Yes, the home pages open, but certain pages will not, the other problem is the text alignment, having major issues, text will not stay where you put it. This is a friends website, she lives another town and is having same issues with her text, look here:
