This is bull sh**. What is yola coming to? First, they limit the amount of sites you can have. Now, they limit pages? WTF? Please remove the page limit!

Hi Austin

The page limit is removed on all our paid packages.

In addition, both the site and the page limit were only imposed on free accounts that were created by people who signed up after these limits were introduced. We did this out of respect for our long standing users so that no one would have to suddenly encounter an unexpected limit. So if you encountered them I can only conclude that:

1) You have been a Yola user for a long time.
2) You have multiple Yola accounts, some of which you created after the limits were introduced, and that is why you ran into them when you didn't before.

This really is not the way we intended Yola to be used. Our free package is to help people launch their business site and experience the benefits of Yola, after which we expect them to make a modest financial investment to grow their online presence with one of our paid packages. Our intention has never been that people simply create multiple free accounts to get around the limitations on free packages.

I must say that it is a little alarming that you would complain about an issue so rudely after all the free service you have had from us. It kindof makes me think that we made the right move on this one, especially when I see people putting so little value on a service that costs a great deal to develop and maintain. However, I can offer you a deal: upgrade your account to any of our paid packages and we will remove the page limit as you request!

I am sorry I acted so rudely about the issue, but I was updating my small business's website and I noticed the page limit was on my account. I panicked. But here's the thing: my account was signed up before the limit was introduced. I couldn't update my business's website so I was freaking out. I couldn't update the site because i couldn't add any new pages for the holiday shopping season. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Austin

I found a Yola account associated with the e-mail address you use in this forum. It was created before introducing the Page Limit, but it doesn't have any sites. Is this the account you're referring to? If not, please provide the e-mail address you use for logging into your other Yola account (It would actually then be advisable to e-mail us for privacy reasons). When I try to create a new website, I'm getting an error message. I have logged this for our specialists to fix. I will update you on this thread as soon as I have any news.

Hi Austin

Your Yola account has been fixed. I've checked it, and I was able to create more than 3 pages per site. Please let me know if you have more questions.

Austin Yola provide a wonderful service at a very competitive price. It isnt designed for people to have multiple huge free sites, as Monique pointed out. Your post is rather nasty if I might say so. A little politeness costs nothing.
