Yola Link not removed need help please

Hello paid for link Removal, Visa card got billed and still getting the Yola Link Below. its www.nellasbullsmalta.com.

I know the Domain name its an other Thing and was done long ago. Today I paid for an other domain for My site in teh morning and in the evening I paid for teh link removal from My account/sites and its still there.

I am very sorry about this and we want to get to the bottom of the problem.

Would it be possible to forward a copy of the receipt email you received from Yola to support@yola.com so that we can see if anything went wrong with the transaction?

Hi Monique, Thank you for the Fast reply, I did not recieve an email yet only the morning one for the domain, but when I logged in my bank the card was billed, thanking you in advance and awaiting your reply

Update: Daughter told me when she hit the confirmation button she got an error on teh screen and tought she would retry later, but seems my card got Billed. Let me know if this info may help Monique.

In order to trace what happened here, would it be possible for you to email the reference for the bank transaction to support@yola.com?

I pressed refresh a lot of times and its still there should go away from all my present and future sites right? Am I doing something wrong please? Thanking you in advance and awaiting your reply.

Have you updated your live site since receiving the receipt? Please try this and if the footer still appears, let me know.

Hi Patrick - i looked an hour ago and it was still there... but now it has gone.

Looks great. - im going to do the same thing as soon as i return to the UK.

It seems your payment was successful.

Have you republished your sites since you purchased the link removal?
You need to update for your changes to go live.

To do this you can click on the green "Publish to the web" button to update your website
